Meanwhile, far from London, life is still the same at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The rivalry between Gryffindor and Slytherin continues to burn strongly. As the “Slytherin royalty” continues to manipulate the school, there are pockets of resistance acting throughout, keeping the Slytherins from gaining too much real power.

The Dark Lord continues to consolidate his power far from everybody's minds...he secretly works, and waits for the time when he can make his move. Until that time comes, the students of Hogwarts will continue to wage their petty squabbles with one another, and enjoy Quidditch games.
