Thomas was born into a wealthy home of two wizards. He was brought up very spoiled and always given whatever he wanted, which only fueled his personality. When he went to Hogwarts he became a different person. He become a studious person, trying his best to learn every spell he could. He excelled especially in Defense Against the Dark Arts all through his years at Hogwarts as well as being good at charms and transfiguration.
But still, his lust for power was greater. He started to delve into the darker side of magic when he was in his sixth year, studying books from the restricted section and crudely trying to recreate spells. Few worked, but the ones that did were amazing to Thomas. Then, when he was seventeen, he decided he wanted to be a Death Eater.
Smart and manipulative, he made a great Death Eater, as opposed to the torture happy others who were like him. He wanted to make himself known in the world but he also wanted to wreak havoc. When the DADA postion opened at Hogwarts, he was a shoe in for the spot. His skills far surpassed any of the others.
